| Destination Wine Harvest
 Two days dedicated
entirely to the wine harvest in the Sauternes vineyards
and the Medoc region for those who wish to experience
what is generally accessible to wine professionals only.
Following the grapes from the vines to the vat-room,
taking part in the work at the sorting table, observing
the first fermentations, tasting the wines during the
different vinification stages along with an introductory
session at the wine school in Bordeaux.
